Biography

P. Selvan Amunas graduated in Law and enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. Having specialized in Writs and Appellate practice at the High Court of Madras and Various Tribunals, Civil Courts and Consumer Forums across India, he has appeared in over 2000 cases.

He brings innovative approach in the Firm by being extensively involved towards the technological front. He has been handling Arbitrations and Dispute settlements and is instrumental in assisting the Firm in matters pertaining to Intellectual Property. He handles corporate matters including winding up, commercial contracts, disputes settlements before NCLT for both public and private sector clients.
